Final Projects – Practical Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality (AR) has been gaining popularity in recent years, offering endless possibilities for creative projects and innovative experiences. The Master course in Practical Augmented Reality took this concept to the next level, focusing on AR escape rooms. Students worked in teams to create an immersive escape room experience that seamlessly integrates virtual and real-world elements. AR Escape Rooms are a perfect fit for this course, as they allow us to explore the full potential of AR technology while creating a fun and engaging experience for participants. Students gained a deep understanding of the potential of AR in entertainment, as well as a range of new skills they can apply in their future careers. As AR technology continues to evolve, it’s clear that the possibilities for creative applications are endless. With the Practical Augmented Reality course, students had the chance to be at the forefront of this exciting field and create something unique and memorable.

LAS[AR] puzzle

The LAS[AR] puzzle is an exciting student project that combines the latest advances in augmented reality and virtual lasers to create a thrilling escape room experience. Players are transported to a virtual world where they must use their knowledge to solve a variety of puzzles and challenges involving laser beams, light reflection, and geometry. By challenging players to think critically and apply scientific concepts in a practical setting, the LAS[AR] puzzle offers a unique experience that is sure to captivate and inspire players.

The Enchanted Library

Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of magic and mystery with “The Enchanted Library”! This student project is an escape room application that combines the timeless appeal of real books with the technology of augmented reality. “The Enchanted Library” offers a unique and immersive experience where players must solve puzzles that emerge within the pages of real books. By using augmented reality, players can interact with the books in a whole new way, unlocking hidden clues and revealing secrets that are vital to their escape. The bookshelf is central to the game, containing all the hints and clues that players need to solve the puzzles and progress through the game.

Follow the StARs

Embark on an exciting time-traveling adventure with “Follow the StARs”! This student project is an escape room application that combines the excitement of augmented reality with the challenge of solving a star combination puzzle in the past. Players must use their wits and cunning to navigate through different time periods, finding clues and unlocking secrets in order to progress through the game. Every star in the phisical room is a hint to help players get back to the future, making for a challenging and immersive experience. So get ready to travel through time and solve the puzzle of the stars in this unforgettable escape room experience!
