SICSA Summer School Computational Interaction

During my intern at the University of Glasgow I took part in the first SICSA Summer School Computational Interaction. The course content included quantitative user modelling, machine learning, intelligent signal processing, crowdsourced and mass-scale interface optimisation techniques and automatic interface optimisation. There was be a strong focus on developing applied skills through practical sessions integrated into the school programme. The summer school webpage is available here. The organizers have been:

Further, my colleague from Stuttgart Dominik Weber joined the Summer School. And another colleague, Evangelos Niforatos, was joining. However he is from “The Research Group for Ubiquitous Computing” at the Faculty of Informatics of the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), Lugano, Switzerland.

The lecture material by John Williamson is available on GitHub.
